BEST FRIEND'S WEDDING

Here are a few pics from last weekends wedding! I have finally recovered from last weekend just in time for this weekend. I was burning up the road (and my bumper...see instagram) I feel like the whole 4 day weekend, but was lots of fun to be with my friends and celebrate as one of my friend's dream came true! The wedding was her to a tee!! I would not have expected anything less! So here you go...A Country/Barn Wedding....forgive the iphone pics I really don't know why they won't cooperate with my app:/

Before we (the fab 4 and the bride's father called us all weekend) sent our married girl off we hopped up in the back of the get-a-way car to get a few pics:)

NEON LOVE

I finally got my pictures in check and in MUCH better quality! I have no idea what the problem was but so glad to finally share this outfit. Neon has been on repeat in wardrobe this week. And by repeat I mean I have worn neon every day this week. There is nothing that says summer more than some neon that gives the appearance of making you look tanner!!:) I'm loving this! My favorite neon tops have been found at PINK. I love their v-neck tees and boyfriend tees (pictured below). However I'm so sad that I can't find the VS boyfriend tees anywhere!:( I'm still holding out hope that they have not stopped making them...I seriously might cry! I lived in them last summer and I def need to add some more to my  closet. Also these shoes!!! I got them last summer. I was literally leaving the mall when they caught my eye with a SALE sign by them. I had been searching for a good black wedge and had been looking stalking them online. Not only are these good for height they are comfy and get loads of compliments. ;)

I hope you all are getting excited for an extra long weekend to celebrate Memorial Day! I will be heading to my best friends wedding on Friday morning. I can't believe her day is finally here, so crazy! Don't worry I will be sharing pics! But in the mean time you can revisit the wedding inspired bridal shower from earlier this year, here.

TUESDAY FLOW

I had another outfit post for you guys today, but for some real the pictures are very blurry going from my ipad app to the computer. So in the mean time I thought I would let you guys in on a few things going on around the Basement. I know you see me throw it in every Tuesday about watching live. In case your are not sure what it is or have yet to check out our website here is my brief and very poor explanation. 

The Basement is the largest youth movements in the nation. It is under the leadership of Matt Pitt and several other amazing leaders. We meet weekly in Trussville, AL in our warehouse/studio and stream live worldwide. We are gearing up for our biggest summer yet!! On July 4th you can join us in PCB for a weekend you will never forget!! Trust me I've been on several and they get better every. single. time. Then on July 26th, a FRIDAY night, we will be downtown at the BJCC!! I'm not sure what all that night will include but TRUST ME you don't want to miss it!! 

Lastly, here are the brand new shirts!!!! I love these! (Particularly the black and mint. We all know I'm a huge Bama fan and that orange and mint is a little too close to UF colors for this girl!;))

WEEKEND REWIND

I felt like my weekend really started on Thursday night when I got my hair done! If you have seen my instagram then you know I decided....well really my hairstylist;) decided...that I would be going back B L O N D E!! And I am so happy with it! Loving the change and being back to me "old self". I don't think I have had that many foils in my head in over a year;) 

Friday I headed to the vet with my dog thinking it would be a quick little visit. Little did I know she was going to have a complete reaction to the shots, her face blow up, and have to be "watched" at the vet for the entire afternoon. :/ Luckily, it was just a "mild" reaction and she is back to normal. 

Saturday I went out shopping a bit. Got a few things for me and a few things for the apartment. The first picture is what I wore out shopping, the second are the bridesmaid shoes I've been stressing over. Found them at the new Nords Rack. Let me just say I think I have found my new fav store!!! I have never been in a Nords rack but I am not completely obsessed!!!:) Saturday night I spent time with my girls doing one of my favorite things...going to the movies!! I had so much fun and loved every little adventure!!;)

One more super exciting thing...well for me...THANK YOU to all my readers I went over 10, 000 views last week!! I could not be more excited to continue to share my life with you through this blog...thanks for following along!!

HAIR DIARIES + SHAMELESS SELFIES

So this afternoon I get to get my hair done!!!:) Why is it that every girl's hair appointment is so scared? I don't know but I do know that I love going to every visit I have!! It makes it even more exciting and fun when your hairstylist is one of your best friends!! I complete trust her and let her do basically whatever she wants. In my opinion there is no reason not to experiment with your hair....if you want something new! All you have to do is go back and change it back!:) Therefore, you will see that over the past year and a half I have done lots of experimenting! But what can I say...I get bored easily!;) Have fun scrolling through my hair diaries, then let me know which is your favorite!! Bangs? No Bangs? Ombre? Blonde? Brown?

MAY BOOTS

Hello all! I hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday! Can't believe we are already halfway through this week....and halfway through May! Where is this year going?? Also I still am in shock I am able to wear boots in May. This is so much fun lol! I say that because it let's me be creative in my wardrobe choices matching spring/summer pieces with winter. A look I love but usually in Alabama Fall and Spring are skipped. Thus why I had to dig deep into my closet for these shoes. As you know they became a favorite and I have defiantly got my money's worth out of them! But now I will put them away..for good...as the weather is looking up and I will probably be in my swimsuit by the end of the week! Welcome to the South! Speaking of I hope you all got to join in and got to watch The Basement last night! You can always find more info here :)
